You'll be welcome from Sunday evening to the next Saturday morning. You'll be my only guest, with full board. You'll have a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a private toilet. We'll share the bathroom, most of the house, and the garden.

I will take you on excursions in the whole region. Fall and winter do not offer as many cultural opportunities as many tourist sites and monuments are closed.
Fees for Museum, cinema, exhibitions entrances are not included in the prices below, we can develop a budget ahead of time, and will need to pay cash as we go.
Of course the fees for a week of relaxation do not include French instruction or side trips.

The prices include amenities, all meals at home, and the entire immersion program, including the ride to and from the local train station of Thiviers or Limoges' airport upon your arrival and departure. An additional fee of 50 Euro will be necessary if you arrive Sunday before five o'clock or leave Saturday after noon. You'll be responsible for your insurance, trip, personal expenses and entrance fees.

I ask that you pay 50% of the total amount at least four weeks before the beginning of the stay.
You accept responsibility for all bankfees - in country of origin and in France. The remaining 50% will be due upon arrival at my place.

Cancellation policy:
The upfront will be repaid if you cancel before the four week deadline ahead of the stay. If you cancel between four and one weeks ahead of the stay, you will get a 25% refund of the upfront. Cancellations within one week of the stay will not be refunded.

Damages:
Guests are responsable for any damage caused on the premises, and elsewhere during the stay. A full refund will be expected at the time of the occurrence.
